Why ADHD Coaching?

I’m Carlos Prieto Jr. (he/him), an ADHD & Life Coach providing transformative services in the San Francisco Bay Area. I believe that working with your ADHD, rather than against it unlocks your full potential.

As a fellow ADHD’er, I know first hand how hard it is to navigate life in a world that is not built for our brains. We can feel lost and directionless without the proper support and understanding of our ADHD. 

 ADHD coaching can be that missing piece of support for you. 

Through coaching, we’ll delve into all the ways ADHD affects you, both positively and negatively. Together, we’ll explore deeper than you’ve ever gone before to gain new understandings and perspectives on how to reclaim your ADHD.

We will focus on uncovering the times in your life where you felt like you were on top of the world and use those positive emotions and beliefs to propel you forward and help create a life that fits for your brain.

My Services

I provide support for emotional regulation, executive function, impulsivity, inattentiveness, career & life changes, leading diverse teams, and understanding your unique version of ADHD by identify strengths, focusing on the positive, challenging negative beliefs, and helping to find purpose.

My coaching services are based on the core tenets of providing support, connection, and accessibility for the ADHD community.

I offer individualized services with a flexible rate option, free weekly group coaching and support session, and publish an ADHD newsletter on LinkedIn

One on One Coaching Sessions

One on one coaching sessions for a transformative experience customized for your unique brain.

This is the best option if you want to commit to making lasting change in your life.

For adults 18 yrs and above wanting to make deep and long lasting change in their lives. Families and adolescents taken on a case by case basis. 

Session rates based on choice of weekly, biweekly, or monthly options. If affordability is a concern, as about my flexible rate option.

Weekly Group Coaching Session

Weekly group coaching and support session for those who want an accessible ADHD coaching experience in a safe, non-judgemental space with other ADHD’ers.

This is the best option for those wanting to get a taste of ADHD coaching without the commitment and cost.

Join our community of support and connect with other like minded individuals. All are welcome.

Free sessions held weekly on Thursday’s from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

Drawing from personal experience and the experiences of others in the ADHD community, it applies an ADHD coaching lens to reclaim our past experiences and knowledge in a way that enables us to move forward to a life that works for our unique brains.
