Reclaiming Your ADHD

*A Biweekly Newsletter

A biweekly newsletter exploring all the different ways ADHD affects your life and how coaching can help you manage it.

Drawing from real life personal experience and the experiences of others in the ADHD community, it applies an ADHD coaching lens to reclaim our past experiences and knowledge in a way that enables us to move forward to a life that works for our unique brains.

As an adult with ADHD, I believe in the importance of telling our stories so that others can gain a deeper understanding of what life is truly like living with it.

Edition #2 – In Praise of Brock, the Best Line Leader

Have you ever worked with someone who just can’t seem to do anything right? Like if they could just get it together by being more organized, focused, and better with time management – they would be the perfect employee. Maybe you’ve actually been that person at one point.

For those of us with ADHD, getting it together is not that simple. Executive dysfunction is one of our biggest challenges……….

What can be expected with each newsletter?

Each week will have a different aspect of how ADHD manifests in our lives……

My Journey with ADHD & the Gift of Coaching

“Speak from the scar, not from the wound”

This quote has been on my mind for a while now.

I’ve been fortunate in my career to have a good amount of success. Ego and energy were my two pillars I could rely on to push myself to be the hardest working and busiest person in whatever organization I worked for.

Over time I realized that this was not enough and that the collateral damage……
